What the fuck do I know about literature? Not much, but anyway, I have been reading some Philip K. Dick and have been enjoying myself. I've found the stuff "unputdownable!" to use a cliché. Been staying up until all hours just reading until my eyes grow watery and droopy. I really like the science fiction genre. There are so many fascinating concepts and ideas in Dick's work, I just kind of sat around reading and scratching my head thinking golly gee.

Ubik was an interesting read because it scared the crap outta me for some reason. Something about creepy malevolent psychics and having to puzzle over what reality really is just didn't make for good bedtime reading material, so I opted to stay up reading until the sun rose because I was afraid. ...and check out the badass cover.

I also read A Scanner Darkly (my favorite thus far) and Do Androids Dream of Electric Sheep? Both were more enjoyable than their movie counterparts. It's nice to be able to have time to read nowadays.
