rethinking food

I was a vegetarian for three years and I am thinking of moving toward that sort of diet again--or, at least, reducing how much meat I eat by A LOT.

Actually, I don't have much meat nowadays because I'm traveling.  Meat doesn't keep in the car and it's more expensive.  Since I'm traveling with Nick, who has been a vegetarian for ten years, if we go to a restaurant we usually hit up a meat free establishment.  What I've found is that I don't really need to eat meat every day and that vegan options are often really, really delicious.  I feel great.

In other news, I was invited to a Levis event in SF, but I can't go!  Damn.  I'm really bummed, but it's cool that my blog actually got me invited to something.

Oh, and speaking of blogs, Nick's blog was hacked for a while, lol. BUT HE'S BACK>>

  1. I once told Joan Rose that she would only last 6 months, as she had a similar epiphany to yours...
