I just wanted to publicly thank the lovely Julie for this card from the San Diego area. I love the vintage look of the card, and it looks like a place I'd love to see. Postcard trading & collecting is one of my old (and incredibly nerdy) hobbies that I put on hold for a while. However, I love sending and receiving with friends! If you're reading this and you'd like to exchange cards--even if you're just some stranger happening by-- let me know! Opening your mailbox and seeing cards inside can really make one's day. I also used to love hunting in shops and on ebay for specific card requests for friends around the world. I miss it! I have a few hundred cards and they are all lovely. Sometime soon I'd like to get back into the hobby.

ReplyDeleteyeah I'm doing postcrossing too. I've been doing that a lot lately because I just moved to a new place and I'd like to have my mailbox with something that is not coupons for things I will never buy haha. Anyways, I hope to get your postcard soon.
